House Of Arias is not responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. You are responsible for contacting the United States Postal Service.

Customers should receive a tracking number once your order is fulfilled, unless the customer has selected a delivery option that does not provide a tracking number.

Shipping within the US may take approximately 5-7 business days. For shipping on orders out of the US can take up to 6-10 business days. Shipping fees, as well as taxes, will be added at the end of your checkout.​ Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Processing on orders takes approximately 2-3 business days. 

Canada or Mexico customers should expect packages to arrive within 5- 11 days after purchase, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.
